WHY SHOP THE HOPE CHEST?
The Hope Chest is more than just your average thrift store. Here, clients and their families are provided the opportunity to shop for both personal and household needs through our voucher program. Choices are often taken away from victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and our goal is to empower them by providing a shopping experience where our clients get to make choices on what they need to succeed. The store is also open to the community with proceeds from sales benefiting our clients and agency programs. Our store’s success depends on generous community donations of clothing, accessories, household items, and much more!
WHAT CAN I DONATE TO THE HOPE CHEST?
Any items you would use in your home, we use in ours! Gently used clothes, shoes, toys, books, furniture, home decor, etc… as long as they are in good condition. Donations are accepted Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm. If you have a very large donation, please contact the store at 940.683.4741 to schedule a drop off time.
DO YOU PICK UP DONATIONS?
We currently are unable to pick up donation items. All donations must be delivered to the thrift store.
